Hiring Front Desk/Tanning Management

Looking for a friendly, smiling face to run the front end of our salon!. Person will be responsible for greeting clients and accurately cashing them out, answering phones and booking appointments, and mastering our tanning services to quickly and correctly serve our tanning clients. Tanning season gets very busy. Looking for the person who can handle high traffic efficiently and professionally. Must also be able to be physically able to thoroughly clean and sanitize the tanning beds. Off tanning season requires motivation to help salon be as productive as possible. Hours are Mondays 845-3pm, Tuesday 3-7pm, Wed 3-730pm, Thursday 845-2pm, and alternate Saturdays 745-2 pm.

About us.

Shear Concepts is a full service hair and tanning salon. We have a family friendly atmosphere welcoming men, women and children. Walk-in services are always welcome and appointments are available. We currently have 7 different stylists on staff who are ready to create a new you!

Sanitation/Illness:

If you have a fever or vomiting, please wait 24 hrs after it ends to visit the salon

What you can expect when coming to the salon:

  • masks are optional

  • hand sanitizer available

  • surfaces cleaned after each client

  • capes and towels washed after each client

  • stylist cleans and disinfects tools after each client

  • high touch areas (door handles, bathroom, etc) wiped down regularly
